Welcome to Fall, Dinner

It’s funny how subtle the season change can be. And then all of a sudden it’s well and truly fall. This complete menu is a wonderful early fall meal. It’s an effervescent but apple-y cocktail, a light but spicy chowder, warm herbal rolls and very special apple and cranberry pie. It’s a trip to the orchard, a trip to the cheese shop and a trip to the ocean all in one. It will encourage you to get out and enjoy the fall weather and give you an excuse to light the fire even when it’s not quite cold enough to do so. Cooking is just one part of enjoying my favorite season. And of course you need decorations.
